I urge brides to have pictures of makeup & hair looks as “inspiration” for what they might like to try at their trial run. This allows me get a sense of your aesthetic, your comfort level with color, and hair styling needs well before your consult which also helps me to be better prepared for your trial run.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is to be paid AT THE TIME OF BOOKING to secure my availability for your wedding day.

A minimum of 4 People or 8 SERVICES are required to reserve your wedding date. (Example: Makeup & Hair = 2 Services)
A FIRM service total is due no later than 10 days AFTER your trial run. This ensures there will be enough time to finalize the contract, invoice, and H&MU timeline; then book the correct amount of assistants needed to accommodate your specific bridal party needs.
Any request to add/subtract persons/services must be submitted in writing no later than 14 days BEFORE the Event.
Changes will be made at the sole discretion of the Primary Artist + will require an updated contract.
After that time, no subtraction of services will be permitted – only a transfer of the contracted service(s) to another person for the same day + time will be allowed.
Payment for ALL contracted services is due 7 days before your wedding date unless other arrangements have been previously discussed and agreed upon. One payment in the form of a check, Venmo, or PayPal is preferred.
If Bridal Party members need to pay separately, individuals may utilize Venmo | CashApp | PayPal to pay for their services on or before the due date. Please be sure to reference Bride + Wedding Date with each payment.
Tipping in the form of CASH or VENMO | CashApp is greatly appreciated and may be submitted directly to your individual stylist at the conclusion of your service(s).
PARKING
Please make me aware of any special parking instructions associated with your hotel or venue as soon as possible.
Parking costs and/or Valet charges not previously invoiced for will be due the day of or charged directly to your party / room.
TRAVEL
A rate of $25 per hour of travel (TO & FROM) will be applied to invoices if location is more than 25 miles outside of the Nashville area.
If extensive travel is required to/from the wedding location, the client will be invoiced for any travel expenses incurred by the artist – which may include (but are not limited to): flight / baggage fees, rental car, gas, food, and overnight hotel accommodations.
Your TRIAL RUN-THROUGH may be performed in one of two ways:
1 As a standard pre-wedding consultation and full run-through, where we discuss your skin, makeup and hair needs for your big day – then we’ll play & experiment until we achieve the look you’ve been dreaming of.

2 You may choose to utilize your trial run for a BRIDAL PORTRAIT SESSION prior to your wedding.
Please let me know when we schedule your trial run if you have any allergies/sensitivities to any hair/beauty product or brand, and/or ingredients.
PLAN FOR:
- 2.5 hours: Hair & Makeup trial runs
- 1.5 hours: Makeup Only trial runs
This gives us plenty of time for any do-overs, adjustments, or tweaks.
I recommend wearing a white or cream colored top (or a top that is the same color of your dress – if you won’t be wearing a traditional wedding dress color) to your trial run appointment.
For Makeup trials: Please come with a completely clean face – or at least very minimal makeup that’s easily removed, otherwise, you may be asked to thoroughly cleanse your face upon arrival.
If you’re receiving HAIR services too: Come with completely dry hair (unless we’ve discussed otherwise). Clean or dirty is up to you. Bring any hair accessories that you’d like to incorporate into your look.
