Hi there! I’m Sylvia. I’m a wife + Mom of 2. I’m a well-seasoned Makeup & Hair Artist based out of Nashville. I’ve been working as a full-time Professional Makeup Artist since 2007.
Skin & all things Beauty is where my heart is. I went to Aesthetics school in 2009 to further my understanding of skincare. I am now currently pursuing my RN credentials and will graduate Nursing School in May 2024.
I specialize in Traditional Hand-Applied Makeup Applications. My professional makeup kit is quite extensive; and includes a plethora of top-quality, professional-grade products to accommodate ANY skin type and ALL colors of skin. I also admittedly LOVE working with women 40 to 70+ years young, it’s kind of my Love Language/Super Power. 😉
In addition to traditional makeup, I also offer a variety of other services such as: Airbrush Makeup, Hair Styling, Spray Tanning, Skincare: Facials + Waxing, Aesthetic Injections: Botox, Juvederm, Kybella, and Medical Aesthetic Laser Treatments: IPL Photo Facials, MixTo Co2 Fractional Laser Treatments, RF Micro-Needling Treatments.
In 2010, I had the honor of representing my technical college + the state of Tennessee at the National Skills USA Competition held in Kansas City, Missouri. I placed 5th in the Nation for my Aesthetics & Makeup Artistry techniques. I pride myself on the cleanliness of my kit, my sanitation practices, and – of course – my ability to deliver a look that is fresh, youthful, + still looks like YOU… just slightly elevated. 😉
My professional experience has landed my work in national magazine publications, commercial advertisements, television, film, and music videos. I’ve had the honor of working alongside top fashion designers – like Oscar de la Renta, Christian Siriano, and Carolina Herrera. I have also enjoyed working as a Regional Product Trainer & Makeup Artist for some of the biggest cosmetic companies in the world – like Smashbox, Too Faced, & L’Oreal.
